Hello there, now that the major work behind-the-scenes is done, I thought it was the time to sit down and create an all new look for Amy Adams Fan, with a colorful header, new coding and cute category icons in the gallery. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Hello there everyone, my name is Claudia and I am the new owner of Amy Adams Fan.
Unfortunately our Angie had to step down and I’ll be forever grateful to her for trusting me to bring on this marvelous fansite. I have been a fan of Amy for quite a while and being able to work on the fansite is a huge honor to me. Hope I’ll be good enough.
You may notice that some of the images are broken, I’m currently in the process to finish moving things over but nothing will ever be lost, don’t worry!
HOPEFULLY, I’ll be able to open the gallery to public soon again, don’t miss it and check always our twitter for news.
Hello everyone! I’m the new owner at Amy Adams Fan since Luciana has had to step down from fansites completely. I’ve been a fan of Amy for a long time and I’ve also been a long time visitor of this site- even back to when it was first opened in 2008 by Mycah & Riikka! So, I’m excited to bring the site up to date and hopefully look after it well, like its previous owners have!
Please bare with me as I update the site content (broken links, etc) and don’t be alarmed if the site goes offline for a short while since I shall be moving hosts, but hopefully the downtime won’t be for longer than 48 hours. Thanks for visiting!
Amy Adams attended last night in Los Angeles a special screening of Vice. Check in our gallery:
Last Friday (November 30) Amy attended a press conference for her new movie Vice, alongside her co-star Christian Bale. We have some pictures added in our gallery, courtesy of our partner site Mr Cavill.
Ten years ago the very first version of Amy Adams Fan came online, built by fellow (and now missed) Riikka and Mycah and designed by my favourite Frederik. Back then, Amy was already a fan favourite due Enchanted and some of her critical claimed projects as Doubt, Sunshine Cleaning and Julie & Julia was still awaiting release.
I came on board of the website two years later (2010) and have been enjoying the ride since then. It’s being a pleasure to follow Amy’s career (
and to scream over Academy every year due their lack of judgement), and I want to thank you all, visitors from website and twitter, for the support over the years. It wouldn’t be as fun without you guys!
To celebrate, there’s a new layout up (since the weekend, because I’m not the waiting type of person), which I hope you guys have enjoyed. Let’s now prepare for more years ahead!
2017 is coming to its end and then I decided to put together, once again, a summary of Amy’s professional activities this year.
We started with Amy collecting the accolades for the amazing year she had in 2016 with Arrival and Nocturnal Animals.
The first event she attended was in January 3rd. She stepped out at the 2017 Palm Springs International Awards Gala, to receive the Chairman’s Award for her work in Arrival. Two days later, she attended the National Board of Review, again as winner. On the next day, she attended a W Magazine celebration for the Best Performances Portfolio which she was included. Again, the day next, she attended the AFI Awards Gala.
The awards season got busy, with Amy attending the Golden Globes, BAFTA Awards, SAG Awards, Directors Guild, Producers Guild… Amy was nominated in the every single awards BUT the Academy’s, which still infuriates me. This didn’t prevent her to attend, and presenting the Best Adapted Screenplay to Moonlight director Barry Jenkins.
Before the Academy unveiling their nominees, Amy was still promoting the movie. She visited Jimmy Kimmel and attended a Q&A at the SAG-Aftra Foundation, while kept doing interviews to several outlets.
